My little story…

 

Since my early years thanks to my dad I was involved in all different kinds of sport. He took me to every single sport club in my city so I had a chance to try everything before I found my passion in running resulting in me being a professional runner for over 10 years. I achieved some great results, being a multiple champion of Ukraine in Steeplechase and 1500m.

After I stopped being a professional athlete, I started teaching step aerobics, tie-bo and functional training classes and a bit later obtained a Personal Trainer qualification. 

Loving sport and exercise has helped me to make a decision on my future career.

I have a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and a few years later I obtained my PhD in Sport Science (Sport Pedagogy Sub-discipline) which I am very proud of. 

BUT what is probably more important is that I have been where a lot of you are. I have managed to get myself back in shape after two pregnancies. I have managed to start exercising (weightlifting) after being diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse. I know what it is like to be a busy mum of two and run your own business at the same time.

Many of my clients start off with little to no experience of exercise, so I am great at helping you solidify the basics and find your way to making fitness as enjoyable as possible!

  • Level 4 Personal Trainer
  • Level 3 Ante Natal and Post Natal Exercise Instructor
  • Thousands of hours of studio teaching experience, including High Intensity Interval Training, Resistance Training and body sculpting, Circuit Training, Bootcamp, Kettlebell training, Step, Yoga, Tae-bo, Latina.
  • First Aid at Work certified
  • Master’s degree in PE (Ukraine)
  • PhD in Sport Science (Sport Pedagogy sub-discipline)
