Personal Training for mums with babies
Private training for mummies with babies is a great way to bond with your baby while getting 1-2-1 guidance from a Personal Trainer. These classes are perfect for new mums who want to regain pre-baby body after giving birth. I will gradually start helping you to strengthen your core and back muscles, tone up your pelvic floor, legs, arms and buttocks, burn excess baby fat, improve your posture and feel good about yourself. I will teach how to perform pelvic floor and stomach vacuum exercises correctly.
You must have had your 6 week check up for a normal delivery or 12 week check up if it is a C-section delivery, before you are able to start an exercise programme.
TRAINING PACKAGE
This package is great for those mums looking to train 1-2-1 two or more times a week. I’ll create a routine that is tailored to your goals and fitness levels and each week you’ll feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

Choice of weekly sessions (minimum of 2 sessions a week) and based on trainer's availability

Specialised home program (to complete independent of your trainer)

TRAINING FEES
"Pay as you go" - £42 / session
Monthly payment (minimum 2 sessions a week, where we work out the amount of sessions per month. In the event of any session/sessions cancelations, they must be made up within that month) - £35/session
Block payments (no time limit on using your sessions)
A block of 10 sessions (minimum 2 sessions a week) - £38/session = £380
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy ( only for block of classes applied)
Please, if you have any plans for the day you normally have a class, let me know in advance, otherwise you will be charged.
