My name's Anna, I am a highly-professional Personal Trainer in Brighton, dedicated to delivering personal training (weight loss, muscle definition and improving flexibility programs) and nutritional advice as well as support and motivation.

My mission is to inspire and empower you to achieve your fitness goals whatever they might be. I customise a program that is specifically tailored to your needs. I will provide you with knowledge and commitment that will not only help you to experience results quickly but will help to make your workouts fun and interesting. You will be introduced to dynamic warm-ups, highly intensive interval training (Circuit and Tabata workouts), core and arms workout with medicine balls, TRX strips and resistance bands. Every session will be unique to you and is carefully pre-planned by me.
