I am a Mobile Personal Trainer which means I come to the client, instead of the client coming to me, hence you work out at home, in your local park or your office. I also supplying portable equipment so you do not need anything except an exercise mat. I will come to your place with all the fitness equipment necessary for you. I will help you to remove the most common obstacles that can derail a quest for fitness.

 

Personal Support And Motivation

I will design your one-on-one exercise program - taking into account your specific goals, timeframe, body shape, exercise preferences, current fitness level, health requirements and lifestyle. 
Your exercise program will be tailored to you and the results you want and split into short term achievable goals to make it easy for you to get constant success.

Personalised Nutrition Plan

Knowing what to eat to align with your exercise plan is critical to your success. I have got an extensive eating plan knowledge and will guide you through individualised nutrition plan, which is a critical part of your journey to self-transformation.

A PT pacadage includes:

  • Fitness Assessment 

  • Choice of weekly sessions (minimum of 2 sessions a week) and based on trainer's availability

  • Specialised home program (to complete independent of your trainer)

  • Step by step nutrition guidance and support

 

 

TRAINING FEES

 

"Pay as you go" session - £40

A block of 10 sessions (minimum 2 sessions a week) - £350

A block of 20 sessions (minimum 2 sessions a week) - £600

 

 

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy ( only for block of classes applied). 

Please, if you have any plans for the day you normally have a class, let me know

 in advance, otherwise you will be charged.
