WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

  • Training with a maximum of 4 like minded women in a group that ensures personalised attention
  • Support from your peers
  • All the exercises will be adaptable for each level and current/past injuries
  • Step by step nutrition guidance with weekly check-ins and food reviews

This type of training is great if you enjoy being motivated and exercise with the other three women. Working out with the other ladies who has got similar goals ads some kind of competitiveness and helps to stay motivated and focused.

It is a great option if you need some professional help BUT can not afford 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions. You basically get everything my 1-2-1 clients get except the thing that you train with the other 3 likeminded ladies. You still get a lot of attention and personalised support from me as well as adaptable exercise routine and very personalised nutritional guidance support.

Women of all fitness and ages are welcome and do not worry if you are complete beginner, feeling unfit or haven’t done any resistance and weight training before. All the exercises will be adaptable and I always make sure I check everyone’s technique and give enough time to build the strength and confidence before pushing any further.

A mixture of strength exercises and HIIT (High Intense Interval Training) will allow you to build up strength, preserve and build muscle mass and loose unwanted body fat.

FIRST GROUP - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6.15pm

SECOND GROUP - Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7.15pm

THIRD GROUP - Tuesday 6.15pm and Thursday 6.15pm

 

HOW MUCH?

£120 for a block of 10 sessions.
